Information we process

• Account information such as your mobile number and optional profile information including display name, email, gender and state.
• Authentication, device and session information used to sign you in and help secure your account.
• Viewing and product activity needed to provide the service, such as playback progress, My List, saved reels, likes, comments and notification preferences.
• Subscription and payment status. Website payments are processed by Razorpay; BAADSHAH does not need to store your full card details.
• Operational and diagnostic information used to maintain reliability, investigate errors, prevent abuse and understand playback or API failures.

How we use information

We use account and service information to authenticate users, provide free or premium viewing access, synchronize viewing activity, maintain account security, provide customer support, prevent abuse and improve service reliability.

Service providers and data sharing

BAADSHAH uses service providers to operate the service. Depending on the feature you use, these may include Razorpay for website payment processing, video-delivery infrastructure, SMS/OTP delivery providers, hosting/database/cache infrastructure, and Apple/Google or related push-notification infrastructure. Information is shared only as needed for those providers to perform their service or where disclosure is otherwise required by law.

Security and retention

We use encrypted network connections and access controls designed to protect service data. Information is retained only for as long as needed to provide and secure the service or satisfy legitimate legal, fraud-prevention, accounting or financial obligations. Retention requirements can differ by data type.

Account deletion

You can initiate permanent account deletion from the BAADSHAH mobile app or through the dedicated website account-deletion resource. Account-linked service data is deleted with the account except information that must be retained for a legitimate legal or regulatory reason. Any required retention is limited to that purpose.
